It is time for the corporate big wigs to wake up and to see what is going on in the stores. Enough with the schedule visits, time for surprise visits to see how bad it really is. WAKE UP Marvin!!!

Believe me, they know what is going on. Many have reported horrible issues out of Region 4 with ZERO follow up - even after being told head of divisions are aware. Diversity, Equality and Inclusion mean NOTHING to the corp office.

Corporate knows exactly what is going on in the stores they are the ones who have caused it. Cuts in staffing, the single minded focus on getting credit apps all have come from corporate.
The only thing that matters is making money for Marvin’s millionaire friends. As soon as Marvin isn’t making money for his friends he is out.

Yep...they know EXACTLY what's going on...they always have and always will.
Perfect time for a union, we need one to defend us at the store level from corporate and the hedge fund guys.
They absolutely know what is going on but don't care enough about us. You see they have weekends off, spend time with their family and get a decent nights sleep.
Meanwhile we work like slaves to the beat of the drum, row you slave row- LOL

The only way this will ever be fixed is for them to see the chaos all the way up to corporate wate even corporate can't put a blanket over it so stop doing four jobs when you're only paid to do one
