There were great times and successes. Money/profit will rule, we all know that. I hope AllState continues to prosper and be profitable. I am grateful for the years I had. I just have to say, HR you really could have made better selections.

Used to be a good place to work about 5 years ago. Now, it’s a rollercoaster every year with sudden drastic changes trying to reinvent the wheel . Tom and Glen are at the helm of this wretched ship leading us to nowhere.
“AllState”
sure sign you never worked there
Yes. HR could have made better decisions. The company, including HR have less then the best performers and leaders. That is on them.
Whats the worst is HR or, whomever, who the F knows anymore, asks for opinions of employees, and this includes employees who have worked longer for Allstate or longer in insurance than those asking or even the TG team.
And nothing changes. Nothing. Surveys. Registers. Barometers. Inquiries. Inspires. Its all clearly total BS this from a lifer and ready to retire in less than a year.
I am trying to honestly do what I can to help my coworkers, because my peers mean more to me than any HR id--t, my direct supervisor, her regional manager, then dozen levels of meaninlgess mangement that generate no value, and then there is, of course, the end cause. The "Transformative Growth" team. They have really snowballed the instituional investors, who wouldn't dan the time to survey labor. Or its going to India. :-) .
Consumers will love that.
