Let’s be honest nothing has changed. We’ve been waiting month after month quarter after quarter - nothing will ever change. Different leaders but the same games. Meritocracy is dead. Just say yes, don’t hold any one accountable, brush indiscretions under the rug and you will be promoted.

The buck stops with leadership - none of them are innocent, not a single one of them. We promote inclusion and double the amount of women in leadership in x-x… but we do not hold current leaders who abuse women accountable. It continues all the way to the TOP.

It would be too easy to name names at this point.

Change?
Changing anything in the company would expose the fact that many of our leaders our in positions which are unnecessary.
How many Managers, directors, vice President, or Presidents have one (or no) reports.

Why hasn’t anyone posted about the alleged ethical violations or alleged kickbacks by the executive who was walked out by security ?
