I got an offer that is very solid but I decided to stay here for a while longer just because of the health insurance benefits that are better at GM. Honestly, I’m not even sure how much more of a good idea it is, because the longer I’ve been at GM, the irony is that my psychophysical health is getting worse.

Yeah the nice 401k match, nice vacation time and health insurance definitely plays a role. I take an expensive medication the insurance essentially covers 100% so it would be a big hit going someplace that doesn’t pay for it.
I need the insurance, but I really need my paycheck, so I need both!
