That's right, I don't have any respect for IBM anymore because IBM doesn't have any respect for its employees either. It is no longer the IBM I started working for, but a lost company without any vision. I thought some things would get better, but no. My happiest day is today, when I received a new offer.

Everyone has manager in their title now, its total BS.
If they are not a PM currently, they're working towards PM.
The last thing IBM/kyndryl needs is more managers.
Most of them should say POS instead of PM. (not all)
I was too after many years in senior technical, client facing roles. Im glad I no longer have to convince anyone to use IBM tech and services, wouldn't use it myself. Some was still okay 10 years ago but not now.
