If you are RIFFED and have over 7 years with the company you will get a severance tied to the years you have been there. What they are saying if you have less than 7 years and you are RIFFED you will NOT get any kind of a severance pgk
Of course it’s not true. The company would lose a lot of money and talent. (But I did like the humor in “Pune is ready” part)

Term for cause due to shifting goals ? Whim of the week? Yep. Shoulda formed a Union. At least you’d wouldn’t have this type of running back and forth dancing around trying to figure out how to survive. Hostile place to be.
Why would they mass offer severance and packages when they can just at a whim change metric requirements and the overall rules in general thus terming you for cause?

I’ve been told no more voluntary opportunities to leave with severance. If you get RIF’d (I.e., no choice), severance will be available. But no VTOs coming after the SSP
I’d also be interested in finding out. If anyone has insight to this information, please, please share it.
