Find a new company to work for if you are that unhappy, or are you too uneducated to work elsewhere? You know, "NOV hires people without college degrees" and you just made it obvious they also hire people who have no more than 3rd grade education. ;)
Not only do most of HR not have college degrees, they’re also you know what. I can come up with a few names that have hooked up w management.
HR are managed by complete duds. Take the Tower as an example....ran by the biggest, uneducated, ignorant ph-k. No effort to make the culture better.

5 years here. Never seen something like no raise . No cost of living increase. 20 years working, never seen it. Kids trying to run da Company. Stay away .
