Before I came to CHK I worked in companies where it was also very demanding to work and there was a lot of micromanagement. However, it was nothing compared to what I am experiencing here. This company seems to be trying to raise such a thing to a higher level.
I still don’t know of a person who worked harder and better, but I do know a lot of people who were great and who ran away from here precisely because of micromanagement. Is that their goal?

What micromanagement... when your supervisor has no clue what you are doing or you don't even see your supervisor... there is none here...2 hour lunches, hour for the gym, hour to eat breakfast in the mornings... no clue what so ever...
Sounds like you work in the Southern region, doesn’t matter what you think just do what the “special one” tell you to do or they no joke make up stuff on you and out the door with nothing is the “New CHK”.
I know well all those parodies of managers and directors in geoscience, under JG.
