THE MOST IMMORAL COMPANY OUT THERE

They might be the worst company of this size ANYWHERE in the US... the "FAMILY" owned company reached out to it's employees about 9 months after the worst pandemic in modern times. 9 MONTHS!!!! Any decent company communicated to to it's employees within the first few weeks.

They treat their employees like they own them.
They treat their managers like Pieces of Dog Sh-t. Berating them, yelling at them constantly, and giving them NO TOOLS to make it better.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY from them.

One day Karma will rear it's ugly head.

They furloughed 60% of the company, then only rehired 10% back. Even though after the first few months of the pandemic they could have hired everyone back.

The financials prove it. They have no debt, and they have no ethics.

D-mbo cared more about his next Cohasset mansion expansion than his former employees.

Saw that they are hiring lots of drivers and warehouse workers up and down the coast.
Not sure if this is to replace current workers who have left or are going to leave or just new workers.
Didn't see any spots where they are hiring new sales reps or new customer service employees.

I agree with you 100%
Aweful company to work for.
And I am sure 99% would agree as well.
