Lowe’s biggest opportunity is it’s lack of leadership. District Manager walks into Las Vegas stores and doesn’t have the courage to engage associates and ask what’s going on? How can we help improve? SM no different and then wonder why the stores are in the condition they are in. Morale is in the tanks! Time to move on to bigger and better things!

Quit letting yourself be intimidated if they want to run with a bunch of people that don't work eventually that will happen so it doesn't really matter in the long run anyways f u Marvin
