I'm now finding out multiple people at my core received monetary increases in July. This is going to give executive team backlash now that others that earned and not reviewed or discussed with now know. Gossip spreads fast, some are going to stand up and execs will have to address. Where's fairness, this is more like bias.

Don’t spend that 1% in all one place.
I had a previous coworker that told management that 1% would change their tax bracket and nothing else and refused the raise!
