Any non-Allstate branded company that has someone that can be replaced by one of Tom and Glenn’s colleagues.
Claims will only be supported from India. The current strategy is to utilize India vs Pilot. Due to verbiage in our RE-I policy we will be required to maintain claims staff for manual inspections in order to file for re-insurance so you id--ts that continue to talk about claims getting axed is plain garbage.
That said, claims is an absolute wreck right now and a miserable place to work. We are getting dominated by the competition in this department.
I second legal as far as worst for RIFS.
LEGAL
Claims will be once they get the full move to India done. Would have been done by now but COVID pretty much has it on hold but they are slowly training and certifying India for adjusting to prep for the move. They are also building another center in India so other areas are likely eventually moving there as well.
