What are folks sitting in the offices with no masks or barriers or any sufficient social distancing? Is no one worried about the delta variant esp with the number of breakthrough cases? Morgan Stanley is one of the few offices where they do not test employees either.
Does everyone feel comfortable going in? If not, have you raised it to your managers and how did they react. My manager seems to be an anti masker

People should be allowed to work from home 100% of the time if they want to given the fact the vaccines don’t prevent disease. On a side note, we have had the technology to work from home for decades. The idea of sitting in a tower working is archaic. RTO is just to control people.
