It's both the stimulus and the reset--one is part and parcel of the other. They will orchestrate such a colossal mess that the "only way out" of it will be total destruction of the way things have been...enter their "solution", conveniently waiting in the wings...get ready!
more stimulus money coming in that you, your children, and grandchildren will be paying for. OR the great reset is getting ready to happen and we lose everything.
I don't know if it's just our store or a new directive from corporate but management is now requiring our dwindling department staff do daily bay packdowns. Guess the thought process is if there is more product on the shelf that we might miraculously make budget. Problem is we are out of stock of many items so now they just want us to fill the shelves with anything (LOL, so much for planograms).
Write ups for Kronos violations are rampant. Store still continues to struggle to fill any job openings as Lowe's is offering substantially less than other retailers in the area. Many of those that do accept a position simply leave in short order once they either realize what a S-show it is or find something that pays better. Just when you were thinking the company couldn't destroy morale any more they find a way to take it to the next level (and beyond).
It’s already started!!! BS write ups, endless work lists, no help. It’s not a good place to be at right now!!! ASM even asked a lady how old she was and when she could retire!!! Such BS!!
If they want to get rid of the experienced there’s nothing we can do about it I guess they want us to realize in the end it is retail God doesn’t Take away something and not give us something better for us in the long run
Rumor has it that anyone over $20/hr or been there more than 10 years has a target on their backs and will be first gone by end of the year. This way they can cut the FT to PT ratio down to 10:90 and not have people making more than minimum wage.
