When you see posts like this you really have to ignore them about the specific assets. Anyone with knowledge of the sale would never post here as it’s usually a tight circle and would not be that hard to figure out who did it. This is all rumour. And I’m not mgmt just saying. For sure other areas are up for sale that’s not a secret as they will sell anything outside of the oilsands and refineries. Again not a secret, they’ve publicly said as much.
Mostly the Husky junk being sold!! Husky Edson/GP Tucker. Im not sure about the retail though.. Most of these have long term liability!! Discontinued plant with high reclamation costs.. A layoff might occur shortly before in these areas being sold to sweeten the books!!
Tucker is being marketed.
I heard retail is on the block shortly. Can anyone confirm?
