I left after more than 15 years of service. There was a wonderful group of people I teamed with and it was such a pleasure to go into work. Then slowly all the talented people were being eliminated and it became a struggle to make it through the day with the lack of support and leadership. I don’t regret leaving and I hope things get better for everyone still there.

Agree with all of the above, however, I don't see it getting better for the ones that remain.
