The only thing that kept me going was the fact that I had a pretty decent team to work with. Unfortunately, over the last year each and every one of them are now gone. They’ve moved onto bigger things (or so they’ve told me.) Now I work with a bunch of people who can’t look up from their phones and will hide out instead of trying to do some honest work. I find myself hoping things will get better but I highly doubt it.

If you can't beat them, join them. Bury yourself in FB or Twitter and just stop caring about the annoying pajama wearing customers. I did.
It wont get better bc that's what walmart wants .lrt the ones walk who have climbed up the pay scale hire minimum wage workers and then management walk by and not offer to lift a finger to run a register get bags stock etc. They need to let all the managers work the store bu themselves for 48 hrs then see what assoc do to put bonus in their pockets
