Let’s give some credit to Brandt for looking after old Esurance folks and trying to be the nice guy here.
He’s not the one ultimately making the big decisions

Whole Esurance merger was botched. Not sure EB doing Esurance folks any favors, sending them off to another mngmt group that he has no control over. Good people, good reps at Esurance have been in limbo for 20 months, changes rolled out really badly (esp IT), and now a whole other shift in systems, process, reporting after trying to fit us in poorly w Allstate. Maybe this will be a better match for Esurance people. A lot of recent changes at Allstate mirror E processes, new things coming are reboots of things E has done ( FYI a couple of those high ranking process folks making these changes were Esurance people). I’m thinking maybe Esurance is getting off of the Titanic of Allstate and landing somewhere where things get done without 5000 tasks, a cr-p claims system, & 16 people to tell you how to evaluate a claim. (Ps how long until Med summaries straight into colossus eliminate your job). Time will tell if EB helped or hurt.
Brandt isn’t pompass or am as----e.
He’s a nice guy trying to do his job the best that he can.
Bwahahahaaa....
He's a pompous a-s. Treats senior managers like garbage in meetings
What did Brandt do?
Give me a break. What a total joke of a comment. Agree Shapiro is the mastermind of the whole claims TG disaster but Brandt doesn’t get off Scott free
