Belk is systematically trying to push elderly employees out the door. Anyone (including managers) over 50 beware, anyone over 60 your time is up.

My favorite part of the standing is when management has their group "meetings" with associates, where management sits comfortably while forcing every one else to stand in a small, cramped room. That's an old, power-trip tactic, I know, but it's still a pis-ser.

I have been hearing this for several years, but now I am really seeing it happen. Certain seniors are being targeted at my store. So sad.
