All of us property adjusters, inside and out, are working long hours of 50+ a week just to stay afloat. So many leave on a weekly basis because of the work load and job expectations itself so everything gets pushed to us adjusters. This department is definitely safe from layoffs for a long time because EVERYONE IS QUITTING. Some teams only have 3-5 adjusters on them. I don’t comprehend how some of these managers are still here. I don’t comprehend why they didn’t take the laid off auto adjusters and bring them here to help us. I’m sick of the expectations they hold us to which aren’t obtainable in no ones eyes and we’re sick of working 55-60 hours a week!

Property claims here and too busy taking complaint calls all damn day to work my files. So tired of the abuse from customers and mgmt.
India May happen to some degree but there will always be a need for staff here. The branding is too important and there are way too many legal hurdles to prevent the company from a full transition to India.

An Cheapa$$ Allsnake don’t pay you any extra since employees are salaried. Other companies will pay you extra….not Allsnake….they just give you a 1% raise sayin u don’t meet the goals.
All part of the plan. And the sad thing is it is at the expense of the customer too. They don't care about how it is impacting us and our stress and well being. They are doing this to prep for the India move. It is not a matter of upper management messing up with too many layoffs but to get claims to the point that it is such a mess that they can move it all to India where 4 Patels can do the job for the same price of one U.S. adjuster. They are already training and certifying India for adjusting property and they are already adjusting for auto in Pune. One U.S. claims is completely destroyed and demoralized it all goes to India. COVID somewhat delayed it but it is coming. We will all be relieved of this pain soon.
