we've been waiting about 2 and a half weeks for supplies, namely boxes for shipping, and the other stores in our area all seem to be having the same issue, dunno if it's just in the midwest or everywhere...they make all stores fulfillment, send angry emails if we drop under 95% fulfillment, and then can't get us the supplies to actually ship

OP here. we got regular supplies in finally a day or two ago, still no boxes
and that would be kind of d-mb to switch supplies back to the old schedule, what with orders starting to increase and the holidays right around the corner...forget about just being out of big boxes, we're about a week away from being out of medium boxes too
just saying, if corporate wants stores to keep fulfilling orders, getting essential supplies like the BOXES should be a priority
If anyone took the time to read the freaking website on the schwrtz home page it tells you that shipments are back on old schedule
BBBY is racing to the bottom
They combined 4 of our orders to ship together. I had my a-s chewed for being out of supplies and I showed them when I ordered I was off the hook. Not fair to the stores for our “suppliers “ to save money on their end and we have to suffer. Maybe when the folks in corporate go back to work they can straighten this out.
And yes thanks for all of your support from home while we are exposed to whatever is out there now. 😷
4 week turnaround in mid Atlantic.
Usually multiple shipments over several carriers with several items never received.
Only thing more frustrating is dealing with tech support.
Hoard going into 4th quarter.
@1rmk When I worked in store support at Sears they made us do the same thing with receiving boxes because Sears was on COD for supplies.
Yeah at our store we have been told to save a bunch of the boxes that come in for the freight and reuse them for CDS.
That’s retail for you! Same problem in the Northeast.
