There have been a lot of EM posts about CS&I and reorgs to consolidate EMRE, downstream and chemicals. I am wondering if that is contained in the US or impacts ESC and technical folks at sites in Canada. Thanks for the help.

If EM does something, Imperial will have to do the same. Even if it doesn't make sense for Imperial, the senior leaders need to please their functional managers by praising the reorg and adopting it. It probably won't be as much of a change for Imperial, as the functional silos aren't quite as segregated in Canada, but I'm sure the company will follow.
I wouldn't use the term 'consolidate'.
Chemicals will probably be sold off - it is at its peak, so no better time.
EM is not a horizontal thinking company, so would never work.
Imperial is an interesting semi-colonial thing all its own.
But IOL likely will reflect the bigger EM picture -
sell-offs followed by 'consolidation' of what is left.
