I never meant to stay here. Before I applied, I knew what kind of company it was and I did not intend to stay longer than half a year. It was enough for me to find another, better job. So, depending on how you look at it, this can also be good company only if you don’t intend to stay here long. I think most people who apply now have the same motive?
Get some experience and get out!

Get in and get out as soon as you feel you’ve accumulated enough experience. This company is shedding United States employees faster than they can count. It’s a toxic, cruel environment run by ruthless “leaders” who smile at you while knowing your job will be eliminated as soon as they can find a replacement in MX or India. If last years 1% raise during a global meltdown wasn’t enough of an insult (all while PepsiCo and it’s chiefs made enormous profits and bonuses), than I don’t know what more you’d need to understand this place is more unhealthy than the majority of its products. Good luck.
