it's really odd they're only giving hats to a certain set of employees, but sent that communication sitewide.
Reminds me of 20nm when they didn't have enough polo shirts to give to everyone. It's relatively cheap and a morale boost (e.g. belonging). Instead, people are again/still talking about how cheap and out of touch they are. Can't make this up. I wouldn't even wear the hat, but still feel excluded. See how that works?
If they read this they're probably thinking we'll complain about anything they do... no. Someone is making bad decisions, maybe the same person, and repeatedly. Fix that person.

This survey happens every year and free coffee or ice cream happens every year in last couple of year. However things are different now as job market is really good and people leaving GF and GF actually happy to save money by cutting position/moving offshore/hiring low pay replacement. Hey, we are good at diversity and inclusion, though, replacing quotes on the walls, by successful people, and replacing them with quotes by activists.
Its like we should have a Union to rep us so we can get what we deserve.

These multi-billion dollsr companies don't give a rats a-s about us. They'll do everything in their power to make everyone happy, as long as it doesn't include pay raises.
