I’m here for a few more days because I got an offer for another job. It was funny when a colleague told me that I shouldn't have done it and that I wouldn't be able to cope with the situation there.
C'mon, could it be much worse than here?
I am convinced that whoever has managed to work here for more than a year can only find it easier elsewhere. There aren’t a lot of sweatshops as bad as this one.

No, other stores couldn't be much worse than Belk.
We have 4 associates work the store in the day, then 3 at night, store manager complains about bopis, picks, Belk apps, and emails. They're quit to criticize us, but try doing what we do, for hours on end.
I didn't realize how disorganized, and the inadequate managers we had, until I started working elsewhere.
Managers at new Job actually care if you have lunch and a 15 minute break after standing for hours, also you can request time off and recieve it.
