Just announced the entire department is being relocated to India. Last day for us is April 2. As a bonus, we are being required to train our foreign replacements. To add insult to injury, they had the good will to notify us of this change via a prerecorded message. God bless USA loving corporations!

Been there, bought the tshirt. 20 years ago PepsiCo was a company that lived quality and employee focus. About 6 years ago they went on this mission where cost trumps everything. After 30 years I was walked out the door with 10 minutes notice because some buffoon thought India could do it faster, better and cheaper. Nothing to show for my service but a cardboard box. The company has been slowly self imploding every since. Yea the stock price looks good but outsourcing is like a plane hitting the twin towers. Only a matter of time.
