I won't quit because of the vaccination but I will certainly quit very soon because of other things. Especially because of the workload. There's never been more stress than now. I’m certainly doing work for three people now and I believe I’m not the only one.
Until then, I'm interested in how you manage to finish the double and triple workloads with the same quality?

When I was at Morgan’s had a manager who comes in at 9 leaves at 5 and preaches to me to do double work and longer times to cover his workload. He is still at Morgan’s I think for the last 15 odd years. Come bonus time, backstabs and bad mouths anyone that he feels is a threat to his position.
It’s a strange place, where some people find a comfy spot, do f-all, then collect bonus
While others work really hard, get stressed and just quit at the end after burning out.
I think both vaccinated and unvaccinated are going to be sick this winter. Things are not looking good.
I refuse to do more than my fair share of work. The company doesn't care about anyone and they fire at will so I'm not going to sacrifice my sanity for the sake of Morgan Stanley. People are quitting all around me and we are overloaded in my department. I come in, do my fair normal workload, and go home ON TIME. They will not get any thing extra out of me. Its not worth it. We are all just numbers and the company as a whole treats us like trash. Get it through your head, you are disposable. Don't worry about getting fired, if you are smart then you know that being fired is a daily standard for Morgan Stanley so you save up in case. Don't be so in debt that you can't walk away from Morgan Stanley. This company is the worst I have ever worked for and I have seen some pretty bad contenders. This one though? Again I repeat, do your fair share of work and then GO HOME. Your sanity and health cannot be replaced. Get out as soon as you can. Don't wait another day. As soon as you read this start looking at other jobs in your area.
