In case this is news to you, Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, don't have a problem with applicants because they pay more, not a national thing.
But much MUCH worse at Belk, where the new hires last only a few days, if that.
In case this is news to you, almost every retail entity is short of people and there are nearly no applicants for open jobs. It's not a Belk thing, it's a national thing.
