I have been topped out for 4 years, no raises at all.
Anything less than $1-2 an hour I'd an insult. This company has everyone doing 2 and 3 jobs because of lack of staff. They need to start paying us like we are doing the work of two people.
Yeap it's an insult.... But I can't sit
at home and get 700$ a week from unemployment
23 cents is an insult.
I didn’t get anything 😫😖😣
A raise at Lowe's is jumping on an order picker and pulling down an appliance.
If they gave me 23 cent raise I'd laugh at them and quit. Six months ago they have me a 70 cenr raise and I laughed. Negotiated a $3 raise or else I would have walked out. All I had to do was show I was worth it.
23 cents. 👍
“Raise”. You mean the morsel they toss down. “Let them eat cake!”
I am sure that if you look at myloweslife.com, and navigate to the my "wealth" page you will see that you did in fact get your raise. It is understandable that it was overlooked as the typical Lowes raise is basically a rounding error.
Raise started 9/18/21 you will see it on your 10/8/21 check
