Thread regarding Denbury Resources Inc. layoffs

Hiring people

Doesn't it seem to you that it is easier for newbies here to get a job now than ever before?

I don't want to offend anyone, but I'm a little surprised that people have been given jobs in positions that far exceed their competencies.

Maybe our absurd HR leaders can help us. Oh wait-yeah, I see the humor in that. How can we hire people who don’t like people (or themselves) to run the people department. 🙄

Does this mean the people who do not the possess skills for their position currently get ‘grandfathered in’ as long as they at least have a vaccination card? Cause we see a lot of that going on in Plano. Some major baddies running around.

Once CK rolls out Denbury’s vaccine mandate, all future hires will not only
need to possess the skills for employment
but also show proof of vaccination.

I could only dream of living in a cabin and never see anyone. That would be absolutely magical.

Hey, purging all the people who don't understand biology, chemistry, and just believing in the scientific method in general will be great for Denbury as long as there's enough left to keep the lights on. Sure it's worrying that the government has the power over people's bodies but only because you are a member of a very interconnected society. If you wanna go live in a cabin in the woods and only interact with 10 people a year, then you don't need to have any vaccines.

I work with a bunch of known lab rats in my department who took the v@x’s and let me tell you, those people are d-mb now. Mega hit to their IQ’s. Don’t get me wrong, there’s some people who still can string ideas together, but most of them are done. I’m talking Biden/Hillary tier dementia setting it.

Good luck.

It’s gonna be a big big loss when most of us are fired out. You’re gonna be left with a bunch of people who can’t carry their weight and permanently exist in state of poverty of ideas. Watch that stock price go from 70 back to bankruptcy in 90 days.

I wouldn’t be buying any DNR shares anytime soon. You’ll just end up getting fu*ked again.

There are plenty of small businesses that won't have to mandate. There will be work out there. That's the big sales pitch to scare you into the vaccine. Do this or you won't make money and survive. Stay until they fire you, don't quit.

Every company is going to have the mandate, so good luck.

Wait till most of us leave after the mandate, then you’ll really be crying.

No offense but I’ve been here for years and wonder how some people have maintained their employment or been promoted. Incompetence all around.

We at least deserve a 6% raise to keep track with inflation.

There's a skills and people shortage everywhere, places can't even find warm bodies with a pulse. Gives us all a bit more negotiating power and should result in a good raise this Jan
