Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

We need to talk about it openly

So many of us are willing to call out PepsiCo for its toxic culture in anonymity, but it is never discussed in the open. How do we expect anything to change? Until we're willing to start bringing attention to it and forcing those on top to acknowledge it, things will remain the same.

You can vocalize your feelings on the Org Health Survey and it goes no where. You can vocalize your feelings during a "Safe Zone" HR session and nothing changes. At the end of the day the leadership of this company is all about the money and do not care about the employees just the shareholders.

You’ll be tasked with fixing it as the leadership team will dump the work on you. Trick of the trade.

You can vocalize your concerns by participating in the organization health survey and then join a group that will invoke the change where you do all the work and don't get any credit for it but the SLT will look great
