KLTC is sending someone who is less technically strong and has only been ranked once to an expat assignment whereas there are engineers who have been around for >3 >4 years and are moved into local roles?? Yes, these people might be ranked 'outstanding' but there are definitely a few that have been ranked outstanding for years and not offered the same opportunities. What do y'all think about this mistreatment and side-lining of other engineers? (asking other KLTC folks)

When will XOM ever learn about expat assignments. Most if not all of the expats to Houston end up becoming permanent in the US (either through XOM or they find other US-based companies). Such a waste of money. Shareholders, listen up!
At least someone good has come through the ranks from that place, what a clown show
Ive seen expats that have been with the company for less than a year and wasn’t HiPo. It’s all about politics. If that employee has a manager that’s good at it then the sky is the limit. I would like to see what sort of story XOM tells the government to bring these unexperienced people on an exceptional skills type of visa.
On assignment now. I can tell you not all are HiPos. Hippopotamus maybe.
Lol go voice it out during the forums la. But obviously you'll get the template answer.
Sounds like one of the “chosen” ones… likely hipo and fits into the right category
I'm not from KLTC but EM has always been like this and that's the life of HiPos. come on you're from the land of cronyism why is this new to you. suck it up. Malaysia boleh
