I came here years ago excited because Cenovus was supposed to be different and since I got here all I’ve seen is bad decisions, bad behaviors, arrogance. I stay because it’s easy. Too easy to collect a comfortable pay and benefits but it sure grinds on ya. Maybe one day I’ll leave because it’s time to retire or because the company finally tanks cuz it’s sure past it’s expiration given the kind of leadership, this company is hanging on by a thread

But management thinks they are doing a great job. Wait until the 2021 bonuses and raises are doled out, you'll see.
