Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

They take advantage of the fact that we have no other option

It would be a privilege and honor to work for a company that truly respects and values its employees. Working for PepsiCo is neither a privilege nor an honor. Of all the companies I’ve worked for so far, here I feel the most undervalued and squeezed to the limit.

The only reason I'm still here is because I don't have another option, yet. Have they decided to make the most of the fact that people have not yet found other opportunities??? Shame on them!

I survived two Speak Ups, accusing me of as----t against coworkers.
Can anyone top that?

The next ex-PepsiCo employee that I meet that regrets having left PepsiCo will be the first one...

Best part of the bad org health results was listening to the disbelief and open confusion of the SVP as he shared them out.

Been in the work force for 43 years - this is the most toxic company I’ve ever been associated with. Even though I am very close to retirement age, financially I’m unable to. So I’m looking earnestly for a new job even as an over 60 worker . That’s how vile this company is. My message to all younger workers - stay away or just use them for a few years (like they WILL use you) then move on to a company that knows it’s a two way street.
