Xerox is scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to new hires, it seems. The incompetence of some of the - very rare - new people would be funny if it didn't make our jobs even harder than when we were overworked and begging for some help. Not that it's surprising, who in their right mind would choose to join Xerox today unless they didn't have other options?

Xerox no longer pays competitive wages to entice new hire talent. It’s a company on the cheap today..Rather
pay contract workers and avoid paying benefits ..
They hired 2 Best Buy Geek Squad people 2 months ago and they lasted 4 weeks. Both quit the same day...Should have left all the best people in place instead of laying people off...C Suite had their head up their *ss....again!!!
