We knew this was going to happen when they decided to cut so many people in March. We knew it was too many and we knew there'd come a time when we wouldn't be able to do half the things that needed to be done with them gone. Well, we are there now. Management keeps expecting we do more and more while never hiring more people to help out. In the rare situations when they do hire somebody, they have no idea what they're doing and are no help at all. This is not a sustainable situation. I think we are one straw away from breaking this camel's back. I hope I'll be gone by the time that happens.
