Yes, you will be paid. I was paid for all 25 days that I rolled over

COV does get paid
Carried over does NOT get paid.
It's September after all.
This year's annual should be paid, if you play the cards right.
If you are coming here to ask about it - I'd say fold and go.
Don’t take your remaining vacation and COV days. Make them pay you for it.
@OP Take all your vacation while onboarding at your next job and quit (no notice) once your vacation ends.
If you really want to stick it to your middling creaton of a manager, do the no-notice quit during a weekend or when you know they’ll be on vacation. There’s nothing managers enjoy more than processing a no-notice resignation on their personal time.
And this is why I expect many more will quit in January just after receiving their vacation allowance for 2022.
Think it is country specific, in parts of Europe it has to be taken as they will not pay for it. I understood that is why they removed the continuous carry over vacation flexibility?
Thanks for the response!
Yes, it will be paid out. Make sure you check with Admin on how many days you have.
OP here, I am about to leave but I do not want to ask my boss this question. Also, I rather use it all if I am going to lose it all. This company has been very cold to me and my co-workers. The disguised PIPs of my colleagues put a very bad taste in my mouth.
