MotherJones is the boss when you can't find a real one.
Or when your boss is a p1mp of the lower order - as standard oil expects.

I didn’t know there were EM employees who read Mother Jones. Interesting.

In U.S. companies there’s an average of one manager for every four contributors. On average, managers make up almost 20% of all employees and 30% of payroll in the U.S. The bloated management culture is costing companies an estimated $3.7T (yes, with a “T”) per year. This is a group of people that creates no value, degrades productivity, and demands highly salaries.

If every company of any size cut the number of managers by 50% they would still be draining over $1.5T/year and they would still account for 15% of payroll. The word “bloated” doesn’t come anywhere close to describing waste and rot on this level.

It's not just the middle managers and management - "rat race" (blink).
