Would Colorado's ANTI-oil and gas governor, and the equally ANTI-oil and gas population along the I-25 corridor have anything to do with the migration to Texas? And I would assume that the 'migration' is mainly to the Permian, and NOT to the Eagleford.
And, we certainly are NOT hearing anything about the much vaunted Marcellus Shale 'bo-m' either.
