It is official that SAs are going to C2E and Agile TSA. I heard today my AVP say that we have to deal with it as AMs and that is the direction Cisco Engineering is going whether we like it or not. It is time for AMs to push back or leave. This is unacceptable. It has been a disaster with the TSAs and now it is going to be a disaster with the SAs. All SAs will be a pooled resource and no longer be strategic and spend meaningful time with our customers. Seriously, what is Cisco thinking.

due to pandemic, most customers don't hold these on site meetings any more and hence all can be remote and customer now is customized to non traveling and meeting on line with zoom or Webex , the SAs will be very limited , all goes to overseas to low cost country like India. it is just a matter of time before 99% is gone and fired..
When is this supposed to happen? H2 or FY23?
Give me an LR ticket out and I'm fine with it.
Many SAs positions are not being backfilled. This is due to the contraction in the business. This is not good for the SAs. You will have no career path at Cisco. SEDs know this. The Central AVP and SED are complete jokes.
Why does TC never say anything about this? He won’t touch it either for or against.
The competition is NOT stupid enough to do this.
This would be bad for many reasons. Buts it’s funny your concern as an AM is that you’ll have to actually have a least an iota of knowledge of our products, and do something yourself instead of dumping it on all an SA.
How much you wanna bet EK will bounce and seek a p-t of gold at PAN, Arista or Zscaler…touting this as his big impact to the engineering organization at Cisco? 🤣🤣🤣
Lies…let’s just say that info is not penetrating leadership evenly across all regions. In my region nobody (including leadership) is worried about this happening.
