you'll be able to see which employees are actually entrepreneurial vs those who like to apply the buzzword to themselves for no apparent reason.
the corporate drones will be vaxxed and keep going every 6 months for boosters.
and honestly, who cares? they are a non-factor in the global economy.

Accenture literally wants to control employees so they can capitalize off it, make an announcement, win an award, use it as a pitch point, make more money and claim they care about their people. Let’s be honest, everything the company does is all about appearances and how they can spin the story to make everything appear great.
