I don't believe that many people will leave Pepsi because they refuse to receive the vaccine, but I do believe that in the coming period many people will leave Pepsi because of other things. Working in this company has never been harder for me personally. I would rather say that the vaccination issue will only ENCOURAGE those who are ALREADY considering to leave as soon as possible?

If you are NOT suffering, you ARE a psychopath.
The environment is horrid and only going to get more so. Management acts as if all of us should be grateful to be part of this “wonderful” organization when the truth is they are lucky to have us. I get more discouraged every day but I’m actively plotting an exit through job searching and once I leave - and I will - will NEVER look back. Worst company I’ve ever worked for hands down.
