I’m about to run outta this place, and never look back. Miserably hot sales floor, terrible scheduling with the ridiculous “customer centric” rotation, low morale, new ASM’s that are lost and overwhelmed. A totally disconnected and far removed corporate office. Clueless IST and call center, disastrous third party delivery. Every week it seems another position has been eliminated or cut down. Not much of a promising outlook for employees is it? All “old schoolers” are either gone or leaving. It’s terrible. Mission accomplished corporate, we long timers are leaving. Good luck with the inexperienced hourly employees that you plan on taking up the slack, just so you can save a dime on payroll. Customers will be gone too. It’s embarrassing with the train wreck that you created. So, congratulations on your $200+ stock price, but fck you and your hedge fund masters.

People who complain about taking a survey where you can actually make a point by giving all bad reviews should really think about what they are saying. You want change, take the survey without being forced. He-l I took mine as soon as it opened. You thing investors don’t look at that stuff. They live and die by reviews. Take the damn survey and encourage others too as well. It makes a huge impact when an entire company gets horrible reviews. Just ask JC Penny.
I've been here for 16 years and it has become a s__t show. If corporate would but out and quit dumping more nonsense on us every day then we might get something done. Lowe's U, AP4ME, DSRR, E-Velocity is just useless is just time wasted. The BEST Survey was basically shoved down everyone's throat. Pretty much everyone was forced to take it. Another big fat waste of time.
so true PT gets the better Sch no talent people asking to get itmes down that are not certified and to top it off a survey for the company two fingers just know though have to have a plan this stuff is hard but it makes you do even the un thinkable QUIT!!!!!!!!
Need to unionize to force the company to provide better pay with cost of living raises, fixed schedules, better benefits, job security, better staffing, fixed job responsibilities. We have to take the company back from the hedge fund vultures and the executive team they installed.
I don’t even know why we have call centers. All they do is dump the problems they get on the stores.
