We should tax the sheepeople veaxing cowards. This is all a ploy to get you to walk the line from the FED down to GM. Tell them to kiss your azz and walk!! They can't find enough people to trick by convincing them GMs a good company. And we don't need anymore vaxing fools who think they got a shot of gold. Your a science experiment!! Stop watching the news and do some homework on the topic!!!

We should implement a 50% tax on those unvaccinated. We don't have enought taxes. We should tax the rich and poor. Sweden as a tax rate over 80% on "normal" people and it's a virtual paradise over there.

I see a lot of fantasy and conspiracy theories.

4. Magnetic shot

Older, single trick employees talking trash as they destroy anybody with ambition who might cast light on there own lack it

Younger, career-stalled employees sitting here on the edge of their seat hoping this issue might actually nudge some people to retire and open up some seniority-blocked mobility.

GM has been trying to replace engineering talent with overseas counterparts since the 70's. Every time we did this, the counterpart would bail for a nickel as they learned something new.

So, you mean to tell me in this current worker shortage, they're going to dictate anything to anyone, when they can't even find talent? Ever read their ads? They went from Bach and Masters down to just experience, just to fill positions.

Put in your exemptions, but don't give them any room to negotiate. These aren't open to debate or objection. I'm willing to walk from six figures with zero question, like so many. Most people are sitting on a pile of 401k money that will last them many years, to decades. Have no fear. These shots will have exposed themselves well before then.

If you think these shortages are bad now, you haven't seen anything yet. The system is setting up for many people to John Galt it, and to bring this house of cards down. If you can't see this, then well, brace for impact.

GM cant force the vaccine on you however they can give you a choice of A) get the vaccine or B) take a hike. This has been through the court’s already extensively so don’t think you’ll have much luck challenging the decision in the event they roll it out. Your best chance of avoiding this is if enough folks have had the vaccine and the medical director doesn’t feel the need to take us a step further and implement a mandate. They are likely assessing risk of spread at current vaccination rates vs loss of some workers if they issue a mandate.

There is a group forming. 1600 people did not report their status. Talk to like minded people in the company and chances are you will find us. Be brave, others are.

We know six people that have died from the supposed vaccine, and zero from Covid, your mileage will vary. Just don't discount other's stories.

With that said, I worked for GM nearly 20 years before moving on. GM was always good to me, but they lacked in certain areas. They also excelled in others.

When I moved, I moved to an FCA based company. It was night and day difference, and unless you do it, you simply have no idea. They are simply polar opposites.

So, this is what I know. 401ks have made many people fantastically wealthy, in which fired, become instantly distributed. You can sit out for years, decades, and some can retire. The shot mandate is a hollow threat, and by the time it's truly knowns it's effects, you will be well cushioned. The caveat to this, is if they take down the market intentionally, creating 401ks that go poof into the night.

Now you want a union? Please, you have to be insane to think people are going to form a salaried union. They will bend backwards and cater to whatever the company wants to do.

A lot of people will bend over backwards to keep their jobs at any cost, esp with all the bills to pay, mortgage, kids' college, etc. Don't expect others to stand up with you, unfortunately. Make sure to have a Plan B, and be debt-free

But stop asking stupid questions, because I know at least 4 people who had the virus last year and got reinfected recently.
