Where is that "Super Exec." Bob Sharp??? Since DNF is on the board of IBM, I thought he would have him running the company, & poaching all that EMR talent. Perhaps Pelch is also available.

EMR HR thank you for your input. It is of value to monitor this sight, & these threads should raise MAJOR concerns regarding the state of the company. Check out similar company's comments on this site vs EMR! - They are in most cases clean of criticism, & that should alarm you.
As far as 5 year non-competes, get real! Folks like Sharp, & Pelch were poor exec. choices, & aren't in demand. If they're qualified for similar positions with other companies, their employment would be negotiated, if necessary. - Again non-competes are not enforceable.
You think he had a one year non compete? Try 5.
His non compete has expired, & he won't get another position at a similar level.
At this level in Emerson non-competes are very aggressively enforced. Don’t kid yourself. That doesn’t mean Bob can’t go work in a different industry if he wants.
What other things is Sharp enjoying for a while?! - A LOSER in every sense of the word.
Sharp is doing fine and is now taking advantage of the opportunity to enjoy other things for a while. If you are happy with the way things are turning out, good for you.
Sharp, & Pelch walked away with $M's after being terminated. The fact that they are not yet employed speaking volumes regarding POOR exec. selection, & development.
Non competes haven't been enforced in years. EMR was their last job.
Non-compete? Don't think so....
