The most deepest impression about Emerson is layoff. Even you're excellent, one day you will be laid off suddenly. My first supervisor was laid off at 55 years old. My second supervisor was laid off at 65 years old. Everyone will experienced layoff if he doesn’t find another job and leave Emerson. The layoff culture is really bad.
