Should I wait for the cuts that are coming or just go now? Does anyone know anything in stone yet?
Any advice? Kinda confused and nervous.

Dirty politics is the other of day here in internal audit. Better to quit .
Have a job already accepted first before you leave out on your own.
Never quit unless you have another job.

Change is the only thing that is constant.
You have to look out for yourself first. No company will be loyal to its workforce. At Morgan Stanley job security is only possible if you are good at playing politics, building a network of butts to kiss, and selling your soul to backstab the person ahead of you. If you already got a better offer then take it.
