Mandatory vaccinations coming as condition for RTO & employment

Title says it all. The number of people I talked to that are still unvaccinated is insane. None of them volunteered for early RTO, but the number I know, and reasons they gave make my hairs stand up.

Employees have to stick together when their human rights are being violated by a mandate - that not even a law. Southwest Airlines is canceling 1000s of flights because pilots with enormous banks of accrued sick time are 'sick' until December. That is when they must be vaxxed and a large number if pilots are ex-military that know better than to get the vax.

SWA 1000s flights canceled - blaming it on weather!
Air Traffic Controllers in FL and NY are also taking part in a Sick-Out...
Amtrack as of 10/13 is having a sick out.
American Airlines is rumored to be next

Use that sick time and PTO in unison... If you don't fight back against vaccine mandates, then it will be - take the jab, or lose your job. If you do even minimal research outside of mainstream media and you will see how bad the mRNA vaccines are for your immune system. Go look for yourself.

The best way to fight back to is STRIKE... Everyone walks out. Only when everyone stands up together are we powerful. The employees standing up together is the last thing they want. When we stand united, we are in power, not them. It's the only way to push back in a why they understand. That vaccinated and unvaccinated should stand together to support 'My body - My choice.' Not "My body, somone elses choice."

Been a while since I heard the expression, do the needy, or do the needful. Brings back some good memories. Regarding USPS, I seriously doubt they are an organization of 100 or more. Usually I just see one postman delivering my mail. So no, OSHA has no jurisdiction with USPS. Jurisdiction.

USPS falls under rules for 100 or more people. Vaccine or tested. Postal workers aren’t technically federal employees and are independent. Congress is exempt because separation of powers. Please just do the needy and remove my doubt. Perform the needful.

Not that this is actually germane to the topic about layoffs, but heck, someone already called Ombudsman, so might as well....

USPS is an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States federal government. As an independent agency, is is exempt from the OSHA regulations. Therefore, USPS employees are not mandated to get the jab. Though most of them that don't will probably just wind up on the slab. So most get the jab event without the mandate.

Now, taking this back to reality, specifically Schwab. Schwab definitely is under the jurisdiction of OSHA. I love that word - jusris-dic-tion. I digress. Schwab is also has over 100 employees last time I checked. Even more so now with that TDA merger having completed. Though CD1 hasn't happened yet. Again I digress. Anyways, it is all about jurisdiction. Love that word.

I initiated a report with my Ombudsman on this potential gross violation of rights. My boooty, my choice is what I told the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman ROTGLTAO. It's likely coming with federal guidance being locations more than 100 have to be vaccinated or have employees undergo regular testing. RTO will likely proceed with this guidance

can confirm. my manager MD3 shared our call center would likely impose this come Q1 to ensure people return to work and stay at work (no outbreaks).
