Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Brian Mo--nyhan needs to realize that this RTO is going to be a complete failure for the company . This decision should have been delayed.

The decision to RTO is looking like a complete failure. Many employees will not be totally focused on their job with the unsanitary working conditions already observed at many locations. Many employees are unmasked and this will cause possible spread of the virus. BOA has dropped the ball on this RTO. This company is now a total fuhking joke and I have no desire or motivation to work for a company that doesn't value their employees. I will half azz my way on this job until something better comes along. Mr. Mo--nyhan you should be ashamed of yourself.

No one wears masks at my office. You’re apparently supposed to wear them when you’re walking around, and only allowed to take them off while seated (which is completely unscientific and d-mb since this virus is spread via airflow) but no one wears them at all - while seated, while walking around, while in the bathroom. It’s just ridiculous. Truth is management doesn’t care, and BM definitely doesn’t care. They have written in some inevitable deaths/hospitalizations into their risk analysis and it works just fine for them.

Welp. Looks like I’m going to start looking for a new gig because this is ridiculous. Since they clearly don’t care then neither will I. Focus and concentration is going to go out the window once I RTO unless there’s a mass breakout because of their stupidity. Was on several calls with folks that RTO and one of them didn’t have their mask on while on the call. WTF is up with that.

i noticed people very unmotivated today. heads down...ear phones in...2/3 empty floors...also i didnt see any ribbons being cut to celebrate the BIG return to office...guess it was a total failure.

How hard is it for BM to call it a loss and get us employees home. He can have his office with a door and four secretaries but we cant have sanitary working conditions or a peaceful lunch break.
