I see this as good news. At least someone wants to invest in the future or Citrix. I sure wouldn’t.
Last time they cut a few of my friends, but ultimately put the company back on the right path. And of course they got rid of a ton of useless middle management. Will be terrible for workload next year though. Make sure you push your managers scale back your team to only supporting their most important functions. Trim the fat.
Just read this from a text someone sent me. Here come the layoffs.
Probably be right before Thanksgiving or will be a Christmas present from Citrix.
